Why do I see a charge from LUDUS.COM* PHOENIX PLAY?
Ludus is our online Box Office program. We use Ludus to manage all of our Box Office operations. When you use your credit or debit card to purchase a ticket for one of our productions, both online, in person or over the phone, this is how it will show up on your card statement. This includes tickets, donations, season passes, and other payments. If you can't remember, we'd be more than happy to look up your order information to verify the charge and what it was for. Simply email boxoffice@phoenixplayerswi.com with your request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
General Admission Seating
Seating is not reserved, and is on a first come first serve basis. The doors to the seating area open 30 minutes prior to each performance.
Reserved Seating
Seating is assigned, and you will choose your seats during the checkout process (online) or our Box Office staff will help you choose (by phone). The doors to the seating area open 30 minutes prior to each performance.
Late Seating
We make great effort to begin our performances on time. Please allow plenty of time to find the theatre and to take your seat. If you have not arrived 5 minutes before the show begins, we reserve the right to release your seat(s) to someone else. There are no refunds. Late arrivals will be seated at the Box Office’s discretion.
Purchasing Tickets
The Box Office is open 1 hour prior to each performance.
Tickets sold to the general public may be charged to a credit or debit card, or paid for with cash or a check at the door (a $3.00 fee will apply to each ticket purchased at the door).
All ticket exchanges must be done through the Box Office by calling (920) 737-8620. They cannot be completed online.
Tickets may only be exchanged for another performance of the same show.
Unable to Use Your Tickets?
Sorry, all sales are final. There are no refunds. Please return your unused tickets at least 24 hours in advance of the performance date to receive a receipt for a tax-deductible donation. If you purchase your tickets online, you will be given the option to add “Refundable Booking” for an additional fee. Terms and Conditions apply.
Cancellations
Generally, performances are never cancelled, but if for some reason we would need to cancel a performance, we would announce it on our website, social media, etc. and refunds will be issued.
Bad Weather
Our general practice is to not cancel performances due to bad weather. As a result, we urge our ticket holders to make every effort to attend the performance for which they hold tickets. Should this prove impossible, please call the Box Office at (920) 737-8620 as soon as possible to exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show. We cannot guarantee seating will be available for an alternate performance; however, we will do our best. There are no refunds for bad weather. If you purchase your tickets online, you will be given the option to add “Refundable Booking” for an additional fee. Terms and Conditions apply.
Disruptive Behavior
During the performance, talking, excessive coughing, rustling of paper and noise from other devices disturb performers and your fellow audience members. To ensure patrons and performers enjoy shows free of distractions, we reserve the right to ask any individual to leave if their behavior is deemed by the Box Office as disruptive.
Cameras, Recording Equipment, Cellular Phones and Pagers
The use of cameras, recording equipment, cellular phones, or pagers is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in ejection from the show.
Babies and Small Children
We welcome children who are old enough to enjoy our productions. For the comfort of all audience members, we ask that children age 4 and under not attend productions. Regardless of age, all members of the audience must have a ticket for admission.
No Food or Drink
No food or drink is allowed in the theater, except bottled water, if available and purchased as a concession. No carry-ins.
